Huboo is on the lookout for Warehouse Operatives to support our busy fulfilment operations, ensuring stock is received, stored, and moved accurately and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, helping to keep inventory flowing smoothly and customer orders fulfilled on time.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate warehouse operations, with key duties including:
- Using powered and manual pump trucks to move stock deliveries and shipments.
- Unloading goods, inspecting for discrepancies or damage, and reporting issues.
- Labelling, scanning, and updating inventory in the Warehouse Management System.
- Replenishing storage locations or forwarding items to picking/packing areas.
- Collaborating with warehouse and packing colleagues to maintain smooth workflows.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment, following health & safety rules.
- Liaising with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and the Stock Investigation Team to provide feedback on stock or layout issues.
What We’re Looking For:
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following skills and attributes:
- Comfortable with physical activities such as lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
- Reliable, with excellent timekeeping and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong communication skills for flagging stock or delivery issues.
- High attention to detail, ensuring stock is handled according to brand-specific guidelines.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:

- Shift options:
- Monday–Friday: 8-hour shifts between 10:30am–6:30pm
- 4 on / 2 off: 8.5-hour shifts across a rotating schedule between 8am–8:30pm, covering 7 days a week
