Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our team at Amerex Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will support safe and effective operations and maintain stock integrity by ensuring the organisation of stock and associated records are maintained accurately.
Responsibilities
- Assisting forklifts operators and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking & packing of orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate overhead cranes
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with materials handling as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Skills
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Familiarity with construction materials handling is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate stocking and order fulfilment.

Day Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 16:30pm
Friday - 7:30am - 16:00pm
Possible Overtime
"Second" Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 12pm-10pm
Possible Overtime
*Christmas Factory Shutdown.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
