Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to picking and packing member orders, checking and replenishing all parts that come in as well as general hygiene of the warehouse such as sweeping, shredding and overall up keep. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Organise and stock materials in designated areas of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse to promote safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques, including heavy lifting (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail for accurate picking, packing, and stock management.
- Capability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Good communication skills to liaise with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Positive attitude who can adapt the fast paced environment.
