Warehouse Night Shift Supervisor – Bradford

About The Role
Supporting the shift manager to run the warehouse picking and loading functions at our Cramlington site, you will be responsible for the whole warehouse night
- Work with your team to ensure orders are accurate, on time whilst quality maintained
- Take ownership of decisions within your team
- Make sure SOPs are adhered to by all and that your section is maintained to a high standard
- Maintain all systems and records within set timeframes or deadlines
- Look after your team, treat them with respect whilst upholding performance standards
- Communicate any issues or handover information clearly and in good time
- Engage your team through regular communication with individuals and as a whole
- Ensure all team members are up to date with all training requirements
- Maintain good working knowledge of operational functions and opportunities for efficiencies.
- Lead by example with Health & Safety compliance.
- Participate in employee evaluations and other people processes as required.
About You
- Be bothered about the detail
- Care about our customers and your teammates
- Able to work in a chilled environment
- FLT Licence (desirable)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Knowledge of distribution environment including health & safety, food safety
- Be flexible
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Strong communicator (verbal and written)

- Committed to continually improve your own and teams performance
- Excellent decision making skills
- Ability to create strong and effective cross-functional relationships
- Experience within food services
Salary: £32,851.03 per annum, 45 hours per week.
