About the Role
As a Night Auditor/Night Porter, you will be the face of our hotel during the quiet hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, blending administrative, hospitality, and practical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and professionally.
- Handle late-night guest inquiries and provide concierge support.
- Perform nightly audits, balancing daily financial transactions.
Cleaning Maintenance:
- Ensure public areas, including the lobby and corridors, are clean and presentable.
- Address minor maintenance issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Security:
- Conduct routine security checks of the property to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergencies calmly and effectively.
Food Beverage Service:
- Serve drinks to guests during late-night hours, adhering to licensing requirements.
- Restock and maintain the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
