We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our front-of-house team at The Castle Edge Hill. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to tables, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area, including resetting tables
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotions when appropriate
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions correctly
- Follow all health and safety and food hygiene procedures
- Be a positive, proactive member of the team, supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and multi-task
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable
- A genuine interest in food, drink, and providing great service
