Career Opportunity: Waitress/Waiter
Embark on a journey of culinary excellence with our esteemed establishment “The Robin”. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waitresses/Waiter to enhance our dining experience and contribute to the reputation of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any guest queries.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor and attend to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Welcome and accommodate clients on top of the usual duties of a Waitress/Waiter.
- The ability to work well within a team (Team Player).
- Hard worker and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience working in a similar restaurant in a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of Food and Beverage.
- Enthusiastic and looking to develop a successful career in high-end restaurants.
- Proven track record as a Waitress/Waiter or in a similar role.
- Hospitality degree or equivalent professional certification.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced culinary environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
