Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals and have a memorable time at our establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all dietary requirements are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following restaurant procedures for payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any complaints effectively.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring that all aspects of service are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in catering or barista roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

Pay: £18,315.00-£28,028.65 per year
