We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing an overall high standard of hospitality to our guests.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take accurate drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed to support the culinary team.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary basics.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- A passion for the culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items and specials.
