Family-run, 2 AA rosette and multi award winning destination dining pub in stunning village location, seeks experienced waiter or waitress to join our team. This is an exciting time to join the team a we strive to continue our progression in the Norfolk culinary scene.
The successful candidate must have:
- exceptional communication skills
- excellent attention to detail
- the ability to think on their feet and work well under pressure
- the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
- ensuring orders are taken promptly and queries dealt with in a professional manner
- assessing customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations and maintain excellent service standards throughout the customer journey
- general restaurant duties
- maintaining front of house area, stock & equipment
- ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- cash handling
- taking bookings over the phone
Salary dependent on experience. This role will cover lunchtimes or evenings across a 5 day period (Wednesday - Sunday) flexibility for shifts over those days will be required. We do work Lunchtime on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
