We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests receive prompt, attentive service while enjoying their meals. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of food items during preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth operation of service.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- Experience in serving or kitchen roles would be beneficial but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: £11.44-£12.44 per hour
