Summary
We are seeking a Volunteer Coach to join our team at Princes Park Youth Football Club. In this role, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire young athletes, helping them develop their football skills and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for youth players.
- Teach fundamental football skills, tactics, and sportsmanship.
- Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Encourage participation and enthusiasm among all team members.
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop cohesive training programs.
Requirements
- Passion for youth sports and player development.
- Experience in coaching or playing football is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young athletes.
- Ability to motivate and inspire players of varying skill levels.
