Summary
We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Coach to join our team at Princes Park Youth Football Club. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate young players, helping them develop their football skills while promoting teamwork and a positive sporting environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions for youth players.
- Teach fundamental football skills and techniques to participants of varying ages and abilities.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages sportsmanship and cooperation.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
- Assist in organizing matches and events for the youth teams.
- Promote the values of respect, integrity, and enjoyment within the club.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sports coaching or working with youth is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with young players and their families.
- A passion for football and a desire to educate others about the sport.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the club's culture.
