We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor to join our brilliant and welcoming team. As a compassionate, friendly and outgoing individual, you will develop strong relationships with clients and their pets whilst strengthening their bond with the team.

This role will involve the meeting and greeting of clients and their pets as well as management of the reception area. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organisational skills as well as meticulous attention to detail and professionalism. Fantastic customer service skills as well as an appreciation of the importance of bond between owners and their pets are also very important.
