Job Opportunity: Multi-Drop Van Driver
Location: Weybridge - 16 Vickers Drive, Byfleet, KT13 0UJ
Contract Type: Employed (Full-Time)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
Availability: Monday – Friday (must be flexible for weekends as needed)
Pay Rate: £14 per hour (paid monthly on the last Friday)
About the Role
Join OTL & Delivery Mates as a Multi-Drop Van Driver and be part of a dynamic team delivering parcels across the UK. You’ll ensure timely and professional deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Collecting and securely loading goods for delivery
- Planning efficient routes using GPS and local knowledge
- Safely delivering parcels to residential and commercial addresses
- Performing vehicle checks and reporting maintenance issues
- Handling customer interactions professionally
- Completing delivery paperwork and logs accurately
- Returning undelivered parcels to the depot
Requirements
- Full, clean UK/EU Category B driving license (held for 3+ years, max 6 points – no IN10/DR20)
- Right to work in the UK + valid NINo
- Proof of address (dated within last 3 months)
- Must pass a DBS check
- Multi-drop/van experience (preferred)
- Strong navigation skills and local area knowledge (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good English proficiency
Delivery Details
- Type: E-commerce parcels (various sizes/weights)
- Drops per day: 65–85 deliveries + ~40 collections
- Vehicle Provided: Medium (SWB) or Large (LWB) van

- Full induction training + ride-along with an experienced driver
