ASAT Ltd are a currently expanding their office-based team, to support new and existing clients to advertise for Apprentice vacancies, and to support those applicants looking for an apprenticeship opportunity.
The successful person will be joining a small, professional team and will be responsible for attracting new applicants, screening them for suitable roles and working with employers to fill apprenticeship vacancies ensuring compliance with our regulatory bodies and also working with the onboarding and marketing team. This is a rewarding role within in a small and pro-active team dedicated to providing a professional and positive experience for learners and employers.

Primary Job Role Requirements
Without limitation duties will include:
Supporting Applicants to understand the Apprenticeship Requirements
Screening & telephone interview applicants
Arranging face to face interviews for clients and their vacancy applicants
Processing new enquiries for vacancies
Matching applicants with prospective clients on our database.
Obtain and provide feedback from interviews
Working as part of the applicant onboarding team and passing over successful candidates for sign-up.
Working to ASAT Ltd, ESFA, Ofsted and awarding body requirements
Providing information, support and guidance to applicants and employers
Competitor monitoring and speculative marketing
Arrange and attend meetings /visits to discuss apprenticeship requirements with prospective and existing employers
Attend careers events at schools, local initiatives and large organisations.
Supporting Applicants to understand the Apprenticeship Requirements
Job Types: Full Time
Monday – Friday 09.00 to 16.00
