The Quarterdecck Cafe is a family run cafe located at Itchenor Shipyard, nr Chichester PO20 7AE, a mere stones throw from the pituresque Itchenor Harbour. We are passionate about serving freshly prepared, locally sourced food and drink with style and a modern twist.

We are looking to recruit for various Front of House positions to join our professional & friendly team, including:
- Barista/Bar & Front of House team members
- Experienced Front of House staff, including the scope for trainee supervisory positions
Availability
We are currently recruiting for full time positions. Ideally, you will be available at weekends and during the evenings, but we will discuss availability with candidates on a case-by-case basis.
The Front of House Role:
- Receiving and confirming walk-in customers
- Welcoming and greeting customers according to company standards
- Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage orders.
- Mixing and pouring beverages as needed.
- Delivering with drinks and food orders.
- Clearing and cleaning tables.
Required Skills
- You will have good communication skills and feel confident greeting and talking to customers
- Actively able to listen to your fellow team members and to take instruction
- You will be enthusiastic and passionate in your role
- Able to work at pace whilst multi-tasking to maintain the highest quality service
- Willing to learn, develop and go above and beyond
- An understanding of how to adapt to the needs of customers in a friendly and professional manner

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
