Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Faith's Walk Healthcare Services Limited. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care and support to clients in their homes.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain care plans that reflect the individual needs of each client.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Drive to client locations as required, ensuring timely arrival and service delivery.
- Document all care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to drive and travel to client locations as needed.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to respecting clients' dignity and individuality.
