About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Marketing Agent to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in marketing, supporting campaign execution and client engagement. You will assist in promoting our services, gathering market insights, and helping deliver successful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns by contacting potential clients and promoting services
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Assist in managing client communications and building strong relationships
- Help with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting on campaign performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to develop marketing skills
- Provide excellent customer service and act as a positive representative of the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, with a keen interest in marketing and sales
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction
- Basic IT skills; experience with CRM or marketing software is a plus
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
