Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor channels, respond to inquiries, and track performance metrics.
- Press Relations
- Maintain and update our press contact list.
- Draft and distribute press releases in coordination with senior management.
- Proactively pitch story ideas and follow up with media outlets.
- Event Coordination
- Plan and execute our annual award ceremonies: venue sourcing, guest lists, run sheets, and on-the-day management.
- Design, build, and staff exhibition stands for industry conferences and trade shows.
- Creative Campaign Development
- Brainstorm and propose “outside the box” marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to bring concepts to life.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude and a flair for creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot and basic analytics.
