Creating the future – Your tasks in our team
- Coordinate all deliveries from the transport hub for outbound / inbound loads
- Ensure all deliveries are dispatched from internal system
- Ensure all off hires are booked into multiple depots
- Prepare dispatch documents and purchase orders
- Authorize invoices / generate freight charges
- Collate / Manage all POD documents from third party hauliers
- Monthly reporting on own vehicles
- Provision of daily and weekly workloads / booking in details for own vehicles
- Assisting in the management of vehicle flow in the depot whilst reporting inefficiencies
- Log and manage internal complaint process to ensure fast and effective resolution with preventative measures
- Manage and ensure accuracy of various transport logs & processes
