Job Summary
We're seeking a Parts Advisor and Customer Service for our company. This is an entry-level position in which you will be fully trained to educate customers by presenting product information and selling additional parts and services; as well as answering customer questions, providing good customer service and maintaining product availability.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their parts inquiries and ensuring that all parts are accurately maintained and organised. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their needs.
- Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring all items are correctly labelled and stored.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing excellent etiquette and support.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise CRM for tracking inventory levels and managing orders.
- Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse clientele, enhancing customer experience.
- Accept deliveries and make sure daily collections done correctly.
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed.
- Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm + every second weekend saturday 10-12
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a parts advisory or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- An interest in the automotive industry including basic knowlege of car parts.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.
