Hilton Coachworks is a manufacturer (Bentley, VW/ Audi, Mercedes Benz, Landrover/ Jaguar) approved repairer working with 32 main dealers across the south east of England.
As a trainee VDA you will be required to collate estimates on body repairs to accident damaged vehicles using the Audatex computerised estimating system.
You will calculate the time required to complete all necessary repairs and inform the body shop of the authorisation of additional work needed. Following completion of the estimates, you will be required to negotiate the repair costs with insurance engineers and provide a breakdown of the repair costs for the customer.
Full training will be provided for the role.
Successful candidates will have knowledge of vehicle repairs and a interest in pursuing a career in estimating.
Applicants must have the ability to work well in a team and well under pressure, you will need front of house experience as this will be a large part of the role. You need to have excellent customer service skills and be efficient with paperwork.
