We are seeking a experienced and skilled Body Shop Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy Customer Service Team and make a difference at CRS!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, either in person or over the phone.
- Create a positive first impression of the bodyshop.
- Update Bodyshop Management system, entering live data.
- Collaborate with Bodyshop Manager, Workshop Controller and Estimators and Parts Department.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards
- Utilise computer software and manage customer information.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Update insurance companies and customers on the status of vehicle repairs.
- Taking payments, cash handling.
Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Bodyshop industry is preferred.
- Invoicing is an advantage but full training can be given.
- 3 years experience or more
