At our Vertu Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury dealership, we are currently looking for a Parts Advisor to join our busy Trade Parts Hub!
We are offering a basic salary of up to £31,930 and an OTE up to £35,930 depending on experience! This is a full time permanent role working Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with Saturdays on a rota paid as overtime.
As a Parts Advisor you will be an integral member of our busy, large Trade Parts team. As this site is the Trade Hub, daily duties will include working with Trade, Retail and Internal customers, booking of parts to both customer and workshop jobs, and maximising all sales opportunities. Knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists would be an advantage but they will be among the first things you will be trained in. You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the telephone and will be expected to provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have parts knowledge and experience within the Motor Trade working in cars or commercial parts. Main dealer experience would be preferred.
