Branch Assistant role:
Providing a great service is at the heart of what we do. Utilising your great people skills you will build strong relationships with our trade customers, generate accurate quotes and orders using Window Designer, answer queries and resolve issues as they arise. You will also support the development of the branch by contacting active and potential customers and to help out with the branch operations as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Trade experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience might include: Order Processor, Branch Assistant, Trade Counter Assistant, for example
- Great people skills, with the ability to develop rapport and strong business relationships with your trade customers is essential
- The ability to deliver great customer service - finding solutions and thinking on your feet is essential
- The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have strong attention to detail skills and love delivering a first class customer service experience
- Must be able to do heavy lifting
- Must have be able to drive.
