Title: Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor
Salary: £13.75 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week – fully flexible and available for weekends
Location: Totally Delicious Tearooms - Trentham Estate
Reporting to: Site Manager

Do you have a natural gift for hospitality and a real passion for food and drink? If so, we are currently looking for a vibrant Supervisor to be part of our wonderful team.
As one of our valued Supervisors, you will set the standard and lead by example; hence a great eye for detail is an absolute must. You will strive to motivate and lead the team forward with passion and commitment to provide excellent customer service with a hands-on approach.
This role is based in Totally Delicious Tearooms which is in The Italian Gardens, Trentham Estate.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their orders
- Assist in catering events, ensuring that all food and beverage needs are met efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of The Tearooms including dining areas and storage spaces
- Operate equipment safely and effectively, including food preparation tools and bartending equipment when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Have fantastic communication skills on all levels

Qualifications and Must Haves
- Previous experience in a F&B or hospitality setting is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a busy environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A passion for helping others and providing excellent service
- Front of House experience (1 year required)
- Food and Beverage experience (1 year required)
