We are a door and joinery manufacture looking for an experienced sprayer to join the team.
- Main duties :
Spraying of doors, frames and timber sections in a variety of finishes, lacquers, paints and stains, and have an understanding of all of these finishes.
Maintenance and upkeep of the spray equipment and spray booth facilities, ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to .
Preparation work including unwrapping, checking, cleaning, filling, and sanding of doors and frames, before, during and after spraying has occurred.
Assisting with checking of the quality of door production.
Assisting with general warehouse operation - lifting heavy doors, storage of doors etc.
Planning workloads in order of commitment to clients.
Ensuring stock is stored in correct locations for stock checks
- The Following is required -
Utilise professional spray equipment to finish products to a high standard and within the agreed lead times for our customers.
Ensuring that all stock is kept safe, tidy and organised.
Relaying stock materials for ordering.
Positive attitude to work, a team-playing approach, and good time-keeping.
Need to be physically fit, to manoeuvre heavy items.
When required, to assist with and carry out other duties.
