Amp Tickets, part of the Entertainers group of companies, is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Ticketing Operations Assistant.
About Amp Tickets
Amp Tickets is the ticketing arm of Entertainers, one of the UK’s leading concert and theatre producers/promoters. Not only will you help power Entertainers Tickets – one of the UK’s newest and most exciting ticket agents – but you’ll also support our growing list of clients with smarter ticketing for events of all shapes and sizes.
We’re more than just a ticketing platform. Amp is a full-service ticketing partner, combining:
- White-labelled service – we handle sales, support, and setup so events run smoothly and customers are always looked after.
- Expert team – experienced in operations, allocations, reporting, and customer care.
- World-class tech – powered by Line-Up, one of the most flexible ticketing systems available.
We bridge the gap between big ticket agents and the challenge of running your own platform, giving promoters, venues, and event organisers their own ticketing department - without the overheads.
Responsibilities
As a Ticketing Operations Assistant, you will:
- Create accurate venue seating plans with precision and attention to detail.
- Build and set up shows for sale through the Amp Tickets platform.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Support our clients with expert operational assistance, from building events and managing allocations to handling last-minute changes.
- Collaborate with the wider Entertainers group to successfully grow Amp Tickets.
Desired Skills
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong computer literacy, ideally with experience in ticketing or box office systems.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in handling data entry with speed and accuracy.
If you’re passionate about live entertainment and want to be part of a forward-thinking ticketing team that blends tech, service, and expertise, we’d love to hear from you!
