Legal Assistant – Residential Property

We are now seeking a Legal Assistant to join our busy Residential Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ambitious, organised, and eager to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The role will involve providing direct support to our Conveyancing Fee Earners to ensure the smooth running of property transactions. Key responsibilities include opening and managing files, preparing correspondence and documents, liaising with clients and third parties, arranging searches, drafting documents, preparing invoices, and ensuring that all case management records are accurate and up to date. You will also play an important part in maintaining strong client relationships, handling enquiries professionally, and supporting colleagues across the team.
We are looking for someone with excellent IT and audio typing skills, strong communication abilities, and the organisational capability to manage a varied workload under pressure. Previous experience as a Conveyancing or Legal Assistant is desirable, but we will also consider candidates with experience in other professional office environments.
