About the Role
We're hiring a Social Activation Manager (12m FTC) to support activation for a key Tier 1 client, as well as wider LADbible Group branded content campaigns.
As an integral part of the Paid Media team, this is an exciting opportunity that requires strategic, creative, and technical skills to deliver campaigns from start to finish. With the support of the Paid Social Lead, you'll play a key role in post design and delivery, while also driving optimization and analyzing campaign performance.

What the opportunity looks like
- Manage campaign activation from setup to delivery; ensuring an optimal brand tone in the style of our channels, which expertly integrates brand partners in alignment with their goals.
- Be a social-first specialist, keeping on top platform trends, policy, and capabilities.
- Support the creation and implementation of the strategy for the full campaign lifecycle, including publishing, scheduling, targeting, optimisation, reporting & evaluation
- Take ownership of paid social elements within your campaigns, delivering an optimal set-up and attentive approach to optimisation alongside organic delivery
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing proactive updates and data-driven insights.
- Build strong relationships with commercial, creative, and production teams to influence decisions and ensure quality.
- Be influential to direct reports and wider team alike; helping them to understand organic and paid social craft, learn new tricks and develop themselves as well as the LAD culture
- Be a detail-oriented expert who stays ahead of social & technological developments; understanding how we might test and integrate new tools and approaches to advance our offerings
Skills and experience we'd like you to have 🎯
- Experience within Paid Social and/or Social Media channel management is essential
- Experience activating/ buying across all social media platforms, including Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads and Google Ads
- Proven ability of delivering effective, progressive social strategies for clients
- Strong knowledge on the media advertising landscape, with a finger on the pulse for new platform opportunities
- A test and learn mindset, with genuine interest in uncovering opportunities for campaign performance growth
- A proven problem solving mindset with the ability to both proactively spot potential problems, and react when issues do arise.
- The ability to clearly articulate points of view to internal stakeholders and clients, and influence decision makers to positively impact campaign performance.
- Basic photoshop experience, though not essential to the role.
