About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tenant Survey Officer to join our team in Birmingham.
This role involves conducting in-person surveys with tenants residing in exempt supported accommodation and social housing to gather feedback, assess living conditions, and identify any issues that may require attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured surveys with tenants in exempt and social housing accommodation settings.
- Accurately record and report findings to the designated supervisor.
- Identify and raise any concerns or issues observed during visits, including safeguarding or property-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Build rapport with tenants to encourage honest and open feedback.
- Ensure all data is collected and stored in line with GDPR and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience working in housing, social care, or a similar field is desirable.
- Understanding of exempt accommodation and tenant rights is an advantage.
- A valid UK driving licence is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
