An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tenant Engagement Team within the Housing Improvement and Governance Team, as a Tenant Involvement Officer.
We’re looking for a passionate and creative person who is great with people and has the ability to deliver a range of projects, panels, and events, aimed at keeping tenants up to date with important issues and involving them in working with our teams to shape council housing services.
You will support the delivery of the tenant engagement contract, ensuring that our partnership with the provider delivers quality tenant engagement services throughout Rotherham, helping us to meet the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing and ensuring that tenants are at the heart of what we do.
For an informal chat about the role, please get in touch with James Smith, Tenant Engagement Manager, on 07795368641 or email [email protected]
If James isn’t available, you can contact Wendy Foster on 01709 255047 or email [email protected]
Interviews will be held on the 31st of July or the 1st of August if you can't make that date.
This post will have access to the Public Services Network, if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at the Basic level (unspent criminal convictions).
