We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join our team and support our HR function. If you have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the HR mailbox and responding to queries

  • Update HR system to ensure all information is accurate and up to date

  • Handling contract amendments and probationary review letters (successful and extensions)

  • Drafting maternity letters

  • Managing trackers (probation, DBS, leavers, people, maternity)

  • Running monthly reports and providing administrative support to the HR team

  • Liaising closely with our payroll department

  • Processing resignation letters and completing leaver checklists

About you


To be successful you will:

  • Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Be a team player

  • Have great attention to detail

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Have a good customer service ethos


We are looking for someone for an immediate start


The role will be based at our head office in Lymm. 37.5 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a compassionate and dedicated team that makes a difference in people's lives.

This is a temporary role for between 3 and 6 months.
