About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone organized and methodical who is looking for flexible remote work this Summer. You’ll be working on a short-term project to improve the quality of our Salesforce database, ensuring the data we rely on is clean, consistent, and well-organised. We anticipate this project to be 120 hours of work, which can be worked full time for three weeks, or spread out over several months, as long as the project is completed by 1 September 2025.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll provide ad hoc administrative support to teams across the business - helping us deliver a seamless summer training season.
Key Responsibilities
- Work a short-term project to review, clean, and improve our Salesforce database
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and apply updates according to internal standards
- Collaborate with the Head of Data Enablement to document progress and flag issues
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to training, sales, and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to data entry
- Strong attention to detail - you care about getting things right
- Proactive, self-starting mindset - you’re comfortable managing your own time
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with different teams
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs is a plus, but not essential
