Your Role:
As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing outbound telemarketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients on behalf of our MSP and IT clients.
- Introducing our clients’ services, identifying needs, and generating high-quality leads.
- Building rapport with decision-makers and nurturing relationships over the phone.
- Accurately recording call outcomes and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with our marketing team to refine scripts, strategies, and campaign performance.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, with a clear and confident phone manner.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
- Basic understanding of IT services or a willingness to learn (training provided).
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not essential.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
