Job title: Hygiene telemarketing and sales coordinator
Advert: Working for family business based in Sunbury on Thames with UK wide operations in hygiene services including kitchen deep and duct cleaning. We are looking for a self motivated person to work with the sales team

Responsible for: Developing new client accounts
Job Description
- Sales Coordinator – Assigning new surveys to sales team. Use of online diary system. Routine communication with sales team and clients. Working with Sales team and Sales Manager on new projects.
- Lead Generation Contacting businesses to sell kitchen deep cleaning grease extract ductwork and other services via telephone.
- Business development, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Key skills required are: telesales, telemarketing, and business development experience.
- Motivated and target driven.
- Excellent telephone manner; Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Great customer service skills
- Other activities:
- Answering enquiries
- Coordinating existing jobs
- Maintaining prospect client database
- Co-operating with members of the management team.
- Assisting Sales with admin and quotations
Experience:
- Telemarketing / telesales trained essential
- CRM system
- Basic database skill
- Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Positive "can do attitude"
- Great communication skills.
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9am -5pm
28 days holiday per year ( including Bank holidays)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16,900.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
