We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to think on their feet and handle any customer inquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle rejection.
- Provide customers with information about products and services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work form home or office
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £22,497.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
