Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: The Telesales Role
As a Telesales Person at Gabitie Group Ltd, you'll be the voice of our company, connecting with potential customers and introducing them to the benefits of our products/services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls: reaching out to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Building rapport: establishing positive relationships with potential customers and understanding their needs.
- Presenting Solutions: clearly communicating the benefits of our products/services and tailoring your approach to meet individual client requirements.
- Presenting product information: clearly and concisely explaining the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Closing deals: effectively negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Updating CRM: accurately recording customer interactions and sales progress in our CRM system.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets: consistently striving to achieve and surpass your individual and team sales goals.
- Meeting Face-to-Face: building on successful telesales calls, you'll arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Customer Visits: visiting existing customers to nurture relationships and identify further opportunities.
- Collaboration: working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

- Base Salary of £27,000 per annum.
- Uncapped Bonus Potential: Earn commission on every sale you make, with no limit to how much you can earn! The harder you work, the more you earn!
- On target earnings expected to be a minimum of £4000/month or £48,000/year– with plenty of room for growth!
- Performance-Based Incentives: We offer additional incentives, such as prizes, gift cards, and company-wide recognition, for top performers.

We're looking for someone who is:
- A natural communicator: you have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people over the phone.
- Results-oriented: you're driven to achieve sales targets and are not afraid to go the extra mile to close a deal.
- Resilient and persistent: you can handle rejection and bounce back quickly from setbacks.
- Self-motivated: you're able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Eager to learn: you're willing to learn about our products/services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Experience: You'll have sold things before (and loved it!) and have experience in proactive selling over the telephone.
- Computer Literate: You're comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
- You'll be able to spell.......... (seriously, some of the applciations we get!) ;)
- Technically minded: most of our products require some practical understanding of things.
A Day in the Life of a Telesales Person at Gabitie Group Ltd:
While every day is different, here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
- 8:45 AM: Arrive at the office, grab a coffee, and prepare for the day.
- 9:00 AM: Team briefing and goal setting for the day.
- 9:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Outbound calling to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and presenting product information.
- 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break – recharge and connect with your colleagues.
- 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Follow-up calls, closing deals, and updating CRM system.
- 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Reporting, analysis, and planning for the next day.
Brand New Opportunity
Although the team here is over 20 strong, you'll be the founding member in this role. But we promise you won’t be on your own... you'll be a major player in both our businesses.
Your Workplace:
You'll be working from our modern and vibrant office located on Central Trading Estate in Wolverhampton. This provides a collaborative and supportive environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Role is based on 37.5 hours a week (9-5 Monday to Friday), working from our office.
