Full time Site based Facilities Coordinator (Technical Services) to assist the MD to carry out several busy maintenance/facilities contracts with various Mechanical/Electrical operatives. Great onsite team servicing modern buildings for prestigious clients
Reporting to the Managing Director of a growing Electrical/Facilities management company. The position will be a hands on/management role based in West London and our Office in North London. You will be responsible for assisting the MD on the delivery of maintenace contracts for various offices in and around London. You should have a good understanding of building maintenance in commercial settings and be fully conversant with PPM, CBM and reactive maintenance.
Key aspects of the role are -
Reporting/Assisting the Managing Director in the running/Implementation of several maintenance contracts in and around London.
Be responsible in the effective management of maintenance staff and work planning. Providing Technical knowledge and assisting in ongoing training of our Apprentices and staff
Managing specialist sub-contractors and related vetting procedures
Ordering materials and managing stock/parts for effective delivery of Maintenance contracts and ongoing projects
Manage workloads via Joblogic (Reactive and Planned Maintenance) and ensure PPM tasks and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to KPI's
Manage small projects (building related) and assist the MD with project managing various contracts/small works.
Keep up to date records of all maintenance schedules/tasks and log-books for both performance and compliance.
Assist in the management of SLA's and KPI's and be client focused with a strong emphasis on customer care.

Key Requirements
Adaptable and hard working.
Proven building maintenance experience with some management responsibilities (at least 5 years)
Relevant Maintenance/Technical qualifications - NVQ Level 3 or CGLI Equivalent (Electrical or HVAC)
Multi disciplined with broad based knowledge of building services - (Electrical/HVAC Prefered)
Well presented
Full UK driving license
This is an onsite role and the candidate will be based in west london (Heathrow area) with management of staff, paperwork, Permits & H&S/Compliance duties. There will be a need to manage the ordering of materials etc with multiple suppliers as well as liasing with contractors to ensure that all Insurances and RAMS etc are kept up to date and documented accordingly.

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (40 Hour Week)
