We are an exclusive UK distributor and manufacturer of leading swimming pool brands. Due to continued growth and strong business performance, we are looking for a full time Technical Sales Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth.

As Technical Sales Coordinator, you will develop and maintain new sales which will be beneficial and profitable, you will pro-actively target new customers. Regularly engaging with our external sales force and credit control teams, following up on all sales quotes and leads in a timely manner, record activity and utilise internal systems accurately. You'll also input orders onto our system and maintain our sales records.
As a Sales Co-ordinator, you will:
- Provide efficient, proactive sales support to assist with maximising sales opportunities
- Develop an extensive knowledge of the products
- Advise on Technical equipment selection
- Deal with sales enquiries via the phone, email and occasionally face to face
- Develop new customers through various proactive outbound methods
- Prepare written quotations, coordinate projects and supply with our customers
- Keep up to date with industry developments and attend trade shows and seminars
- Offer basic troubleshooting for problems
- Liaise closely with other teams internally
- Be a strong team player
- Ambition to grow within the company
About You
To be considered as a Technical Sales Coordinator, you’ll need:
- Strong administration skills
- Polite and professional communicator
- Good practical understanding of IT systems
- A great eye for detail
- The ability to work autonomously

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
