One of our scaling cybersecurity SaaS clients is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join them on a short-term contract and provide immediate hiring support during a high-growth phase.
You’ll be stepping into a fast-moving environment where the team needs someone who can hit the ground running. This is a high-impact role designed to offer relief to a busy internal team by owning critical tech hiring from day one. You’ll be joining a company that’s building something practical, ambitious, and genuinely useful, a platform that helps managed service providers take control of Microsoft security policies across multiple tenants.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for tech roles within a fast-paced cybersecurity SaaS environment.
- Hiring for a range of business-critical roles from junior to senior levels.
- Partnering with hiring managers to align on talent needs and priorities.
- Leading proactive sourcing strategies to engage top-tier technical talent.
- Delivering a standout candidate experience that reflects the brand’s professionalism and ambition.
- Driving efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, fast.
️ What our client is looking for
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, ideally in start-up, scale-up, or product-led tech environments.
- Previous experience recruiting for Microsoft technologies and cybersecurity roles is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles at once, with confidence and pace.
- Skilled in sourcing, screening, and building strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
- Based in or near South West London — availability to work from the Richmond office 3x per week is essential.
- Available to start immediately for a 2-month contract (6–8 weeks).
