Position: Team Member – Front of House (FOH)

As a FOH Team Member, you will support the restaurant management team, deliver outstanding food quality, and provide exceptional guest service. You will work to brand standards, collaborate with the team, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a positive attitude and a friendly smile.
- Assist guests in selecting meals and drinks, offering additional upsell suggestions.
- Process orders through the POS system and deliver them to the kitchen.
- Assist in preparing and packing food and beverages to standard.
- Ensure correct portion sizes and order accuracy.
- Promote additional menu items to increase sales.
- Provide receipts and deliver food promptly.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness in all guest areas.
- Assemble and package orders to brand standards.
- Ensure orders are complete and ready for collection or service.
- Work to GDK brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service every time.
