Summary
We are seeking a Team Supervisor to join our team at Casa Caffe. In this role, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring the restaurant service is operating efficiently with high customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our standards of excellence while fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient food and drinks are delivered
- Lead and motivate restaurant staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food and beverage handling and preparation.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Train new team members on restaurant procedures and best practices.
- Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership abilities to guide and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
