We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes.
- Supervise and support team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
- Assist in the training and development of staff, enhancing their culinary skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Strong background in food preparation and culinary practices, with knowledge of food safety standards.
- Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with various aspects of the hospitality industry, including serving, kitchen operations, and barista skills is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
