We are a growing children's care provider in the Liverpool and Skelmersdale areas seeking experienced Team leaders who will bring enthusiasm, confidence, organisation and professionalism into their job role
Our service provides short term activity-based crisis provisions, who provide services for Children with various needs (EBD / LD / CSE / CCE).
We require team leaders who have the ambitions of progressing and who are looking for an opportunity to grow with a fast growing company.
We are very keen to speak with individuals who have experience working as either a team leader in a Children's home or as a Senior Support Worker / Team Leader in a Crisis or Residential Children's Home setting.
We require strong people who will assist in the running of multiple solo activity crisis provisions whilst preparing under a manager for the transition into a therapeutic Ofsted registered home.
Our company specialises in providing best-in-class care and support for children and young people who have complex needs. We endeavour to create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the children and young people, enabling them to express their characters, feel safe, and enrich their lives.
As a team leader every day will be different and you won’t find a more rewarding career. We want to hear from caring, enthusiastic and dedicated team players with a can-do approach who really care about the needs of young people. You’ll enjoy working with children and young people, providing day to day support, guidance and activities. You’ll create a safe, caring and supportive place to live for children and young people ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood.
In return, you will be rewarded with a career defining opportunity to impact on an ambitious and growing company that is committed to staff retention, development, and equality.
If you have a Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare and are looking to take the next step in your career, or an experienced team leader looking for an exciting new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.
