We are looking to grow our Outstanding team of people by recruiting enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to work in our Ofsted registered children's homes.
Our homes accommodate up to 4 amazing young people who, due to early childhood trauma, experience emotional and behavioural difficulties.
You be will be required to undertake all aspects of care which will include cleaning, cooking, encouraging educational attendance, shopping, completing laundry etc.
You will ensure that our children and young people are effectively safeguarded at all times and will be a responsible role model to them.
You will work on a shift basis and this will include sleep-ins and weekend work.
Experience of the role is preferred but not essential, but, life experience is a must have.
Extensive, quality accredited training will be provided along with on going professional development.
This training includes the (fully funded) Level 4 apprenticeship, Young People and Families Practitioner (Residential Pathway).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, family operated child care organisation and to really make a difference to young lives.
