We are seeking to recruit a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to support the learning and pastoral care of pupils. You will need to be able to form a positive and consistent relationship with pupils, focussing on creating a calm, secure and consistent working environment. This post will initially involve supporting individual children with Special Educational Needs. A skilful and experienced person is preferred but the right candidate is more essential.

has experience of working with pupils across all age groups, including EYFS
can think flexibly and use their own initiative in supporting the learning needs of our pupils
can follow direction
has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
is flexible and committed to working as part of a team
has excellent communication, mathematics and English skills
who has up to date safeguarding knowledge
who is passionate about supporting all children within an inclusive classroom environment.
