We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and help us deliver excellent customer service while keeping the salon running smoothly.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – Greet clients warmly, check them in, answer queries, and provide guidance on tanning services and products.
- Salon Operations – Operate the salon independently, including closing the shop securely.
- Cleaning & Hygiene – Maintain high standards of cleanliness by sanitising tanning beds, equipment, and customer areas after each use.
- Sales & Upselling – Promote and sell tanning packages, lotions, and retail products.
- Cash Handling – Process payments accurately.
- Health & Safety – Follow all tanning regulations and ensure customer safety at all times.

- Friendly, approachable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy, able to manage the shop independently.
- Reliable with good time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Comfortable with basic computer and till operations.
- Previous retail, customer service, or salon experience is a bonus but not essential (training will be provided)
