Responsibilities
- Assist stylists with various tasks including shampooing, conditioning, and styling hair.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort during appointments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including workstations and common areas.
- Support front desk operations by managing appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
- Assist Stylist's in salon.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a salon environment is essential.
- Skills in customer service are crucial; the ability to communicate effectively with clients is a must.
- A willingness to learn new skills such as makeup application or eyelash extensions is highly valued.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards upselling services and products.
